I’m a Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT-LP) who doesn’t believe therapy has to be stiff to be effective. Growth can be creative. It can be surprising. It can even be fun. My work is dynamic, embodied, and collaborative—blending talk therapy with drama therapy, expressive arts, and somatic practices. We build something together that actually fits you, whether that looks like conversation, movement, imagination, or a mix of all three.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in a liberation-oriented framework.
With an extensive background in acting/theatre, I trust the creative process—and I trust what can happen when there’s the space and safety to experiment, take emotional risks, and try on new ways of being.

Grounded in life experience and my identity as a father, I bring a keen awareness of how patterns get passed down—and how they can be changed. I also have a specific skill set and personal calling to work with men and fathers living within cycles of inherited trauma who want to show up differently than their fathers, without shame or judgment.
Across all of my work, I aim to create a space where you can be real, feel seen, and move toward meaningful change that actually sticks because, at the end of the day, that change comes from you. My role is to help guide the process, put the power back in your hands, and uncover the intuition, insight, and self-knowledge already within you.
