I believe creative expression correlates with a healthy body-mind.

I graduated with my Master’s in Drama Therapy from New York University and went on to complete my graduate internship at Marsh Psychotherapy.

I was thrilled to join the Marsh team following graduation. I have also worked as Marsh’s Intake Coordinator, connecting clients with their therapist and fielding payment/insurance questions so I understand the urgency of connecting with a therapist and the importance of finding a good fit.

Before that, I earned my BFA in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College and spent my time prior to grad-school working as a professional actor. My training as an actor, and other relevant work, have incited my passion to pursue Creative Arts Therapy at Marsh.

While you will always remain the expert of “you,” I have experience with a wide range of clients. Some of these include:

  • Folks processing grief related to the pandemic, complex-trauma, liberation around gender, depression and anxiety symptoms, career obstacles, paid and unpaid care-work, and interpersonal relationships.
  • I’ve had the pleasure to work with individuals and groups that are comprised of adults, individuals 65+, LGBQ+ & TGNC young people.
  • Folks affected by the justice systems.

I am here to help you better understand yourself within the world around you.

I personalize sessions to your needs and like to use a combination of talking and creative expression to tackle hard topics, get vulnerable and explore your unique strengths. (Creative expression is always based on your comfort level or interest and will be discussed thoroughly with you.) My aim is for you to grow in self-awareness and to help you move toward the goals you set for yourself.

I understand therapy is a road many have gone down before, but those who have not may be worried about what the journey will be like. Imagine I’m in the passenger seat of your car as you’re driving down memory lane, or up into an imaginary future full of ambitious goals and dreams.

Even if the road gets bumpy, or the map flies out the window, I’m there to help you find your way; and the steering wheel is yours.
