“Sometimes we can’t see the light in ourselves, so we need someone to be the light until we can.”
I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relational stress, and the quiet exhaustion of appearing “fine” while feeling overwhelmed beneath the surface. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and highly attuned to others, yet privately feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism, overthinking, emotional shutdown, or difficulty knowing what they need.
I provide culturally sensitive individual and couples therapy in both English and Spanish. My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented, integrating relational therapy, CBT, and DBT. Together, we work to better understand the patterns that shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self, while also building practical skills for emotion regulation, communication, and self-trust.
My clinical experience includes work in private practice, substance use treatment centers, community mental health programs, and school-based settings. Across these roles, I have supported clients through anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma-related stress, and the impact of family and cultural expectations.
I believe therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what has felt confusing or unmanageable. Rather than simply pushing through, we will pay attention to what your symptoms may be communicating, how old survival strategies may still be showing up, and what it might look like to relate to yourself and others with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.

“If we can start with one action today we are closer to any goal we want to accomplish”
Many of the clients I work with are competent, capable, and outwardly successful — yet internally feel anxious, stuck, self-critical, or disconnected. Therapy with me is a collaborative space where we slow down to really talk, explore the patterns underneath what is going on, and build tools that create real change that lasts.
My approach is warm, direct, and tailored to you. I draw from over 10 years of experience using relational therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), integrating insight with practical tools. Together, we explore how your experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns are connected, while building skills that support regulation, clarity, and more grounded decision-making. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, identity questions, or simply feeling uncertain about what comes next, we work at a pace that feels steady, thoughtful, and supportive.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Fordham University and have trained across a range of clinical settings, including private practice, community mental health, and more intensive levels of care. This experience allows me to work effectively with adults from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Above all, I believe therapy becomes meaningful when you feel genuinely understood—and when that understanding begins to translate into real shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.
