If you’re an adult navigating ADHD, you may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that don’t reflect your true abilities. This 6-week virtual therapy group combines evidence-based practical tools with creative expression to help you better understand your brain, build self-compassion, and feel more in control of your daily life.

- Adults ages 25–40 with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified)
- Individuals who feel overwhelmed, inconsistent, or burned out
- Those interested in creative, non-traditional therapy approaches
- People looking for connection with others who “get it”

How the Group Works
- 6-week closed group (same members each week)
- Virtual sessions
- 1-hour weekly meetings
- Limited to 10 participants for a supportive, interactive experience
What to Expect Each Week
Week 1: Getting Started & Building Safety
- Meet the group and establish shared guidelines
- Begin with a collaborative creative exercise
- Explore supports like routines, accommodations, and treatment options
Week 2: Masking, Stimming, and Authenticity
- Understand the role of masking and its impact
- Explore self-expression and regulation through creativity
Week 3: Understanding Your ADHD Profile
- Learn about different ADHD presentations
- Reflect on identity, strengths, and challenges
Week 4: Self-Compassion & Reducing Self-Criticism
- Identify patterns of negative self-talk
- Practice reframing and building a more supportive inner voice
- Explore play, pleasure, and motivation
Week 5: Communication & Relationships
- Navigate rejection sensitivity
- Learn how to communicate needs and boundaries
- Build skills for relationships across different neurotypes
Week 6: Integration & Next Steps
- Reflect on growth and key takeaways
- Identify ongoing supports and goals
- Close with a collaborative creative exercise
