I am a licensed master’s social worker. I received my MSW through Daemen University. I started working in the mental health field as a care manager, integrating all aspects of care for clients struggling with serious mental illness. Through that work I was drawn to the therapeutic aspect of care and since 2022 I have working with clients as a psychotherapist.

I have experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationships and more. My style blends psychodynamic and cognitive methodologies into an integrated, eclectic framework. I guide my clients in exploring the origins of their core beliefs and patterns. But I believe that we don’t get mired by the past.

My focus is very much oriented towards the here-and-now, helping people develop practical tools to overcome obstacles and attain their goals in daily life.
