I trust you to make your own decisions and will offer you new tools and skills as you lead the way.
I approach therapy as an anti-racist, neuro-affirming, and LGBTQIA+-friendly clinician, who deeply values inclusivity. In addition, my lived experience as nonbinary and queer gives me a unique perspective that can help foster safety and connection in the therapeutic relationship. I want you to feel welcome and comfortable.
You are the expert of your own mind—no one else shares your lived experience or knows what feels right for you. I believe in your ability to make the best decisions for yourself, and my role as your therapist is to help you find clarity and meaning in your life. Along the way, I’ll provide you with tools and skills to support you, always keeping you in charge of the process.

It takes imagination to envision a different future for yourself.
While earning my master’s degree in Art Therapy from NYU, I built a strong foundation through hands-on experience at Marsh Psychotherapy, Brookdale Hospital, and NYU’s Center for Health and Aging Innovation. These opportunities allowed me to work with individuals across all stages of life, from children to older adults.
As a clinician, I offer both talk therapy and art therapy through an interpersonal, psychodynamic lens. I often incorporate approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, parts work, and somatic exercises. My clients have described me as warm, caring, and authentic.
Together, we’ll discover approaches that work best for you, whether through art or talk therapy. I encourage exploring creative or imaginative activities as part of the process. These can often unlock hidden parts of you, lead to new insights, and release stagnant energy. Creative expression can also signal safety and comfort to the body, making it especially helpful for those who tend to overthink or struggle with words. Together we can build the future you want, cultivate clarity, and find meaning.
