I believe that every individual has the capacity for positive change and personal growth, and I’m here to support you in realizing your full potential.
Originally from the great-lakes state of Michigan, I am a 2nd year clinician in training at New York University’s Drama Therapy program. I hold an MFA from New York University and a BA from Western Michigan University. My professional background consists of over a decade of teaching artistry, mentorship, executive function training and personal coaching.
As a clinician in training, I’ve had the fortune of working in various therapeutic settings with a wide range of individuals including adolescents, adults and persons 65+.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs.
In our therapeutic journey, my primary focus is on helping you define and achieve your goals. Whether you’re facing issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or any other life concern, we’ll work collaboratively to identify strategies and solutions that work for you. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, values, and aspirations to chart a path towards a more fulfilling life.
Together, we can unlock your potential and find clarity in your everyday life.
In our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly express yourself. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a holistic approach that considers your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain insights and make positive changes.
Taking the first step toward therapy is a significant decision, and I commend you for considering it. If you’re ready to embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth, I invite you to reach out. Let’s work together to create a brighter, more fulfilling future for yourself. I look forward to the opportunity to be part of your transformative journey.
Remember, you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
