In 2016, I began my work as a children’s therapist in a school setting and shortly thereafter, my professional experience expanded to working with patients and/or their families presenting with varying mental and physical diagnoses at a trauma hospital.  In addition to possessing a background working with children, individuals, and families, I also work with couples. I possess a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s degree in social work with a mental health concentration, allowing me to practice as an LMSW therapist.

I use various treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to assist you in achieving your therapy goals coupled with assisting you in becoming the best version of yourself and connecting with your potential. My goal as your therapist is to be your positive support as we embark on your healing and growth journey.
