Together we will discover who you are, what matters most to you, the things that make you amazing, how to obtain inner peace, and how to think positively.
I have 17 years of clinical experience, with extensive graduate training in clinical psychology, analytic psychotherapy, art psychotherapy, and group psychotherapy. I worked for an inpatient psychiatric unit in Brooklyn. There, I acquired the skills to work with people experiencing a broad range of psychiatric challenges.
I offer clients the flexibility to choose verbal as well as art therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual. I believe that a variety of approaches increases the chances of a successful treatment.
Of great importance, in therapy, it’s a place to talk, to share what you think and feel. I’m not interested in judging you.
I just want to help you know yourself better, understand what motivates your behavior, and help you make decisions that make sense to you.
I love this work, and over my years of training, I have developed a deep commitment to healing.
When providing treatment, not only do I believe that I will see improvements in my clients, but I grow from the process as well. Most importantly I help my clients learn to recognize their strengths and to feel good about themselves.
I believe that self-acceptance is an important aspect to a healthy life.
