If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by sadness, I want you to know you don’t have to go through this alone.

I became an art therapist because I believe art can give voice to what’s hardest to put into words. Together, we can create a space where your pain and shame lose their power—a place where you can be fully yourself without fear of judgment.

I am an LCAT-LP clinician here at Marsh Psychotherapy. I have worked in the mental health field since 2018 as an early psychosis research coordinator, a crisis counselor, and an art therapist in the school setting, community settings, and now in private practice. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s degree in art therapy from New York University.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. If you’re simply curious about understanding yourself better or finding a future that feels a little lighter and more hopeful, I’m here. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out.
