The transition into motherhood is profound emotionally, physically, and psychologically. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure of who you are in this new role.

This virtual support group offers a warm, non-judgmental space for new and postpartum mothers to slow down, reflect, and connect with others navigating similar experiences. Through guided conversation and practical tools, you’ll gain support in understanding your emotions, adjusting to identity changes, and building confidence in your role as a mother.

This group integrates evidence-based practices and is rooted in an understanding of matrescence, or the developmental transition into motherhood.
