I would love to work with you in achieving your goals and helping you to be the best version of yourself.
I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. I received my BFA in Photography at The University of Texas at Arlington in 2005 and my Master’s in Art Therapy and Creativity Development in 2012 from Pratt Institute.
During my undergraduate studies in fine art, I realized that I was able to find healing and express my emotions through art making. This led me to my interest in psychotherapy and using art as a modality in therapy.
My experience for the past 10 years includes working with a diverse population of all ages.
- I have experience working with families and individuals who have gone through trauma, grief, and domestic violence.
- My work experience also includes supporting the visually impaired, stroke and cancer patients, and Alzheimer’s disease.
- I have additionally spent several years facilitating both group and individual therapy sessions on an inpatient psychiatric unit at two NYC hospitals.

My approach to therapy is a combination of psychodynamic and humanistic, while incorporating mindfulness techniques.

Because everyone is unique in their healing process, my therapy approach is tailored towards you and your needs.
- I offer a combination of both talk therapy and art therapy. Life can be difficult with many challenges and obstacles.
- I can help you on your journey in gaining clarity and understanding your unique struggles, leading to inner peace.
- As a therapist, my role is to support and help guide you in making positive changes in your life without judgement, while being culturally sensitive.
